JMIL and any associated “sites” and mobile sites are offered to the conditions that you accept the terms, conditions, and notices contained therein. Terms and Conditions of Services are governing the membership on JMIL and all “sites” associated with it. The use of JMIL “site” constitutes your agreement to all of the terms, conditions, and notices. The purchases and use of product use of services are available thru JMIL sites.
READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS BEFORE USING THIS SITE. After reading the terms you agree to the terms and use of this site and all applicable laws. JMIL has the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices that are offered. It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions that are applicable to JMIL “sites.”
After you become a member of JMIL or make purchases or use its services you agree and acknowledge you will follow the rules and regulation as follow:
Terms of Services
The terms of Service are executed and constitute a valid agreement between you and JMIL, in accordance with JMIL terms. You will use your membership and order processing for purpose of purchasing, and using the products and services through JMIL. We have the right to record and collect calls and emails and other communication between you and JMIL.
Unauthorized Use
You are not authorized to use personal and noncommercial use unless specified by a representative at JMIL. You are not authorized to tamper, change, modify transmit, distribute, or reproduce the works, pictures, services, software, licenses obtained from JMIL.
Harassment
Any form of harassment will not be tolerated that includes on the phone, via email, chat, mobile or any forms of communication. No obscene communication or abusive communication will be tolerated. JMIL have the right to permanently terminate your membership for violation of any form of threatening, defamatory, and abusive language that is used on JMIL “sites.”
JMIL Membership
A potential member must agree to the terms of the terms and service agreement by providing contact information and identification details. You must provide some form of authenticity as part of the enrollment process. It is your responsibility of keeping the confidentiality of your account and password. You are not authorized to use JMIL as a competitive purpose to JMIL. JMIL reserves the right to block or remove materials or communication that is considered fraudulent, deceiving, misleading, obscene, abusive, or defamatory. A member can cancel membership at “Contact Us” page on JMIL. JMIL also have the right to terminate member’s membership and refuse use of JMIL for future use if a member does not comply with the law set in place.
Privacy Notice
We may collect from your personal information, use and disclosure under the Privacy Policy guidelines. You consent and confide personal information we obtain about you thru JMIL site, telephone, email and other forms of communication collected and stored in accordance to the terms of the Privacy policy. JMIL and representatives have a right to copy, disclose, incorporate, and disclose images, data, sound, text, and other things for commercial and noncommercial use.
Typographical Errors
JMIL makes every effort to provide the most accurate pricing information on its products and services. In a case where there is a typographical error or incorrect price from JMIL or a supplier, JMIL have the right to cancel or refuse an order in lieu of an incorrect price. JMIL have the right to cancel or refuse any order even if the order has been confirmed and the credit card has been charged. In the event the credit card has been charged and the order is cancelled JMIL will issue a credit back to the original credit card in the amount of the incorrect amount price of the order.
Purchasing
JMIL have the right to cancel or refuse an order if the item is out of stock, fraudulent or discretion deemed to be appropriate. JMIL will take steps to verify the identity of orders placed on JMIL “sites.”
Products and Services
MIL will attempt to provide its members and shoppers with adequate and accurate information pertaining to the products and services. JMIL cannot always warrant the descriptions provided are accurate, complete, error free, or reliable. If you feel the product or service that was listed in the description is inaccurate you can return the item unless it is a final sale item. Please look at the Return policy page.
Availability
JMIL makes every effort to provide accurate information on the availability of its merchandise and service. The information listed is an estimate that the item is in stock and will be processed and shipped in a timely manner. JMIL cannot always guarantee an item is in stock and it will ship next day, as inventory changes daily. If you place an order and by the time JMIL process the order the item(s) or services is out of stock you will be contacted by email. If the item or service(s) is no longer available and we are unable to provide the item(s) or services it will be deleted from your order and you will notified by email and it will also be deleted from JMIL site(s).

International orders there is a $20 surcharge that will be charge for your orders. We will notify you of the charge before we ship your order.
Referral System
JMIL referral program is set in place for its members to take advantage of some cost saving rewards by referring a new member. This program is designed for members only.
A sponsor can earn credits for referring a person to become a member of JMIL and after the new member place their order and it ships then the sponsor or existing member may be qualified to receive a $5 credit towards their account. The credit will appear within 24 to 48 hours after the qualifying purchase ships. Purchasing a gift card is not considered part of the referral system. The sponsor is only entitles to the initial purchase from a new member to JMIL. Referrals outside of the JMIL channels are strictly prohibited. Referrals are not allowed to be transferable, sold, auctioned, or pooled and they expire after 1 year after insuring. The potential referred member must follow the directions to the invite in order for the sponsor to get the credit. JMIL will not be responsible or liable for a failed attempt to follow the directions.
Members are not allowed to have multiple accounts to manipulate the JMIL referral system. Members who do so violate the terms of service and could possible forfeit its membership and all referral credits on any account. This fraudulent behavior violates the Terms and Service of the system. You are not allowed to promote any promotions in connection with JMIL referral program.
JMIL will host periodically events designed to attract new members and sales. Persons who in connection who use promotions to receive credits or prizes by using multiple user accounts or email address falsifying the name or impersonating others is considered fraudulent. It will lead to forfeiting credits, prizes, and benefits and may lead to liable civil or criminal penalties under applicable law.
Copyrights and trademarks
All content on JMIL site(s) are considered property of JMIL that does include the codes, text, pictures, design, licensing and interface. The content as a collective work is the property of JMIL under the United States copyright laws. All trademarks and service is considered the registered property of JMIL.
