JMIL accepts returns on apparel, footwear, ties, belts, and certain accessories (which includes mens cufflinks, flower lapel pins and watches) within 14 days of recieving the order.  The item must be in its original packaging, it must have the original tags and must not appear to be altered, worn, soiled, or damaged.  Please return item in its original packaging, including: hanger, plastic wrap, hang tags on garment, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift bags otherwise it will be considered altered.  The items must not be washed, worn, or damaged.  There will be some items that are final sale, and it will be specified by the item when ordered.  No exceptions will be applied for final sale items.  Final sale items will not be accepted back for a return or a credit.   Sorry – we cannot cover return shipping on international orders at this point).  Some additional items that are always considered final sale items are the following:

Mens Fragrances
Men’s Personal Furnishings
Any Blow out events
Underwear and Undergarments

Eligible Items must be returned in 14 days and the member is responsible for the shipping and handling back to JMIL if you are requesting for money back.  Now, if you are requesting for a credit on your JMIL account then let us hook you up and take care of the shipping back to us.  We will issue a return shipping label so you can send it back to us.  If you request for a refund in the original form of payment the return shipping fee will be $7.95 for orders valued under $100.  For orders valued over $100 a return shipping label fee will be $12.95. ($10.95 return shipping fee for Canada)

How to return an Item
Returning an item is a piece of cake all you have to do is log into and go to “My JMIL account.” Then select the reason why you are returning the item and click return the item.  We will email you a label to have the merchandise returned if you are requesting a credit on the account.  But, if you are requesting original form of payment credit then the necessary returning fees will be accessed.

What if an item is damaged in transit?
Please notify us immediately so we can take care of it.

When will you be notified by JMIL of the return?
Returns are processed within 36 to 48 hours of receipt and an email will be sent to the member’s email notifying them of the return.  The credit can be used immediatley after it is showing up in “My JMIL Account.”  You cannot exchange credits for cash or credit back to the member’s credit card.
