JMIL has been building partnership with a variety of sought after designers and brands in the fashion, jewelry, hair and skin products. JMIL not only offer deep discount but members are reward when they shop with JMIL. JMIL is an exciting way to shop because it gives our members the sample sale feeling without the pushing and shoving in a physical store. But you have to grab your item fast and purchase it otherwise someone else may take your item. Our members do not have to go from store to store looking for items.

To change your password simply go to “My Your account” at the top and there will be a prompt to allow you change your JMIL account. The change will take place right after you log back into your JMIL account. How do I reset my password? It easy to reset your password simply go to the home page, enter your username or cell phone number and click submit. The site will email a link to your email or send a text to your cell phone to let you know that you’re resetting the password.
Just simple input your friend or family members email address where it states referral system and we will do the rest. Invite all of your family and friend and you will receive a $5 credit on your next order. After each family member or friend makes their first purchase and the order is shipped. So, offer as many friends to the site and tell them to place an order, or don’t call you. (Just kidding)
You can change either the billing or shipping address by simply going to “My JMIL account” and click either the billing or shipping tab. You can add new billing or shipping address info by inputting in the new billing or shipping address. You can also delete any old address that you want to delete. Our members can also ship their products to multiple addresses. This entire process can be changed at checkout.
No, all purchases must be ordered thru JMIL website.
You update payment information by adding, changing, or deleting any payment information in “My JMIL account” The change will be listed under “My billing and shipping” tab this is where you can change payment information.
If you want to unsubscribe to either the daily emails or to JMIL all together then go to “My JMIL account.” You can either go to the daily email preference tab or to unsubscribe tab and unsubscribe all together. But, remember if you decide to leave this exclusive site and unsubscribe, but then decided that you made the wrong decision and want to become a member again you must sign up all over again.
JMIL accepts the following credit and debit cards which includes Discover, Master Card, and Visa. JMIL also accepts payment thru Paypal. Orders can also be paid using your referrals and return credits.
JMIL accepts credit card payments through the most secure online server. We have taken every possible precaution to protect our member’s credit card information. Does JMIL ship internationally? At the current time JMIL do not ship international overseas. JMIL currently ships only to the United States and Canada.
JMIL currently charge sales tax only for our member’s orders who reside in Kentucky- it’s required by law. We are required by law to collect sales tax on shipping and handling fees associated with the order in Kentucky.
Our member’s credit will automatically appear on their account to be used towards their new order. Now, if there is a balance after the credits are applied then a major credit card or paypal paymust be used to pay the balance. Now, if your purchase is less than the credit on the account. Then the credits can remain on the account for future orders.
JMIL accept returns on apparel, footwear, and accessories (this includes bags, sunglasses, leather goods, jewelry, and watches) within 14 days from the time you order has arrived. These items must have all original tags or it will not be accepted if it has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged. Please return item in its original packaging, including: hanger, plastic wrap, hang tags on garment, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift bags otherwise it will be considered altered. There will be some items that are final sale, as it is specified by the item when ordered. No exceptions will be applied for final sale items. For returned items the member is responsible for the shipping and handling and JMIL will give the member store credit for the return item. Items that are considered final sale are the following: Cosmetics & Beauty items (skin and hair supplies) Intimates, Swimwear, Toys, and Blow out events. How you return an item? Returning an item is a piece of cake all you have to do is log into www.jmil.co and go to “My JMIL account.” Then select the reason why you are returning the item and click return the item. We will email you a label to have the merchandise returned. But, again the shipping and handling of the return item is the member responsibility.
Please contact us ASAP so we can take care of it immediately. You will be notified by JMIL of the return Returns are processed with 24-48 hours of receipt and an email will be sent to the member’s email notifying of the return. The credit can be used immediately after it is showing up in “My JMIL account.” You cannot exchange credits for cash or credit back to the member’s credit card.
How long will it take to receive my order Once the order is placed with JMIL?
Shipment can take somewhere between 7-14 business days unless notified differently.

International orders there is a $20 surcharge that will be charge for your orders. We will notify you of the charge before we ship your order. The customer is responsible for any custom fees assessed by its country.
We are trying to offer our members the best pricing with a large selection of brands. The brands only ship what has been ordered once the sale has closed. The shipment to JMIL takes a couple of days to get to us. Once we receive the merchandise we make sure the item is what was ordered then we immediately shipped the merchandise to our members. We are working extremely hard with our vendors and suppliers to get the merchandise out to our members in a quicker manner.
Go to “My JMIL account” then orders and you will be able to retrieve the UPS tracking info to get an estimated time frame on when you will receive your order.
JMIL does not ship to Po Boxes, but do ship to APO/FPO.
